I’m Erika, the cheese lover behind Abundant Tables. You will usually find me spending time with my two kids, a 7-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son, or enjoying a glass of wine with my husband. I’ve had a passion for all things food for as long as I can remember. Eight years ago, I put together my first charcuterie spread and fell in love. Since then, I have created countless boards for every occasion. It has been a beautiful four years since launching Abundant Tables. From girls' nights to weddings and everything in between, I would love to help you celebrate all of life's moments, big and small. Because when it comes to cheese, every day is a special occasion!
